Colbaa Hutt Syndicate Ranks, Hierarchy and Policy

Zelji Colbaa The Hutt is a boss of his own crime syndicate. Zelji belongs to the Desilijic clan and rose to power after the death of his cousin Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine. Zelji took control of Jabba's organization on Nar Shadaa which is home base of territory. Since then, he has made his presence known the Hutt Grand Council and expanded territory to Tatooine. His presence is mostly felt within the Outer Rim, typical of the Hutts.

Colbaa Hutt Syndicate

Ranks

Granee Lorda/Supreme Mogul (Grand Lord)
The Granee Lorda is the representative and irrefutable leader of the Hutt Syndicate. The rank itself carries true power as the Grand Lord’s word is to be considered law, with any betrayal or disobeying of his word being severely punishable. The current Granee Lorda is Zeliji, who dwells in his Palace on Nal Hutta.

Con Lorda (Underlord)
The Con Lorda is a position within the leadership structure of a Hutt Cartel. The Con Lorda is the primary adviser or counselor to the Granee Lorda, with the additional responsibility of representing the Granee Lorda in meetings both within the organization and with external organizations. The Con Lorda is a close, trusted friend and confident, the syndicate’s version of an elder statesman. They are one of the few members of the syndicate not related to the Granee Lorda who can argue with him or her, and is often tasked with challenging the Grandee Lorda when needed.

Majordomo
A Majordomo is the highest representative who speaks on behalf of the Granee Lorda. They act as a counselor with Con Lorda and given orders directly from the Granee Lorda. They act as an official spokesperson with word passed down from the Granee Lorda on behalfs of meetings outside of the organization.

Lorda (Lord)
The Lordas are the individuals who make up the Lordas' Council, holding elected positions within the ruling echelon of the Cartel. The Lorda’s duty is to organize operations to expand and solidify syndicate influence, while ensuring military stability. Lordas often express specialties in their operations, with some favoring illegal sports betting, while others focus on contract mercenary work. Presently, all Lordas are Hutts.

Champio (Captain)
Champios are those leading large syndicate operations. They have proven loyalty to the syndicate beyond reproach and are trusted with the very safety and security of the Lordas' Council. Each Champio is expected to be devoted followers of the Lorda above them. The scale and number of operations run by members at this rank vary greatly.

Enforcer
Enforcers have proven their worth in the arena of the galaxy. They are capable of handing out jobs to prospects or even hiring the early stages of personal empires. Enforcers also include big name bounty hunters, and burgeoning entrepreneurial minds. Prospects may make it happen, but Enforcers are the ones who make sure the tasks are completed successfully.

Kung (Prospect)
Everyone starts at this rank when they join the syndicate. This rank is specific to newcomers, giving them a chance to learn how the cartel works, and to prove their worth. Kungs range from fresh-faced mercs, bounty hunters and rookie businessmen and women. As they have yet to earn the organization's trust, they have also not earned the Cajidic’s money, and work largely for the honor of being a member of the cartel if promoted.

Slave
Slaves are a special lower rank within the syndicate. As the Hutts operate in inter-galactic slavery, there are various forms of slavery. Indentured servitude can be called slavery, as a way of paying back debts owed to ranked members in the organization. Slave girls are taken as property to Zelji The Hutt himself and have their own separate rules as they are kept under lock and key in his personal slave pit at the palace. Debt slaves can see freedom in their future from service to the Syndicate.

Important Policies

Communication
To reach Zelji The Hutt, it is important to schedule talks and engage with the Majordomo.

Zelji's Slaves
As slaves, you are the personal property of Zelji The Hutt. All slaves must always be kept under lock and key via collar and chain. If a slave is lacking her collar, she must be locked in a cell. Slave girls are kept in the slave pit at Zelji's Palace on Nar Shadaa when they are not chained to the Might Zelji's throne. Your duties are in entertainment with dancing and other forms of entertainment. Some slaves will see themselves to work dancing cantinas and other areas of the palace.

Slavery is an indefinite sentence to all girls who become slaves. Longtime slaves will receive a 'royal' status, whereas unimpressive ones are to be branded with the mark of the Desilijic clan and sold on slave markets..

Hutt Clan Basic History and Information

The Hutt Clan, also known as the Hutt Families, and the Hutt Cartel or just the Hutt clans is aw collective crime syndicate with significant power in the Outer Rim. It is governed by the Grand Hutt Council, a council of elder Hutts located on Nal Hutta. The Hutt Clan made it riches through smuggling and myriad illegal businesses across worlds.

The Hutt Cartel is lead by the Grand Hutt Council. The Council is made up of the heads of the individual hutt crime families that are known as kadijics. Each kadijic has their own territories, specialties, and organization hierarchy.

The Hutt Cartel has been around for almost all of known history. Their criminal enterprise has withstood the test of time, with references of current families dating back to the Old Republic.

Zelji Colbaa is a leader of the Desilijic clan who has formed his own organization. A cousin to the mighty Jabba Desilijic, Zelji came into power following the death of his cousin on Tatooine by overtaking his operations on Nar Shadaa. The Colbaa Kadijic has territory on Nal Hutta, Nar Shadaa and Tatooine where he oversees operations of drugs, gangs, contract killings, extortion and gambling operations.

The Hutts are ruthless. Their money is their power, and they hire the strongest and most ruthless of killers to enforce their rule within their organizations.

To keep the Outer Rim free of law enforcement so that they can continue to operate without any hindrance. Their operations stretch into the core worlds, with the cartel having their fingers in almost every aspect of illegal drug trade and gambling within the galaxy. Political corruption happens on every level with singular planet systems.

The Hutts have a massive amount of money, and with that comes influence, power, and the most ruthless mercenaries that they can hire.

While the Hutt Cartel is led by Hutts, the races vary under the leadership. Much like the rest of the galaxy, humans make up a large portion of the cartel's population, but you will find many other outer rim species populating their ranks. The Hutts have kept inter-galactic slavery in operation for many centuries. While they do not enslave entire racies, many of the cartel's lower ranks are not generally there by choice, especially the spice miners.

Slavery is an operation that comes in many variations within the Hutt Kajidics. The trade can be for entertainment purposes consisting of slave girls as well as indentured servitude. The latter form of slavery comes from owing debts while the slave girls can be brought in from various ways, often enslaved for the sole entertainment of a Hutt leader himself.

The Hutt Cartel does not have a specific military. The heads of Kajidics have small armies of mercenaries hired to protect them. At the street level, they have roves of gangsters that operate extremely loosely. It's because of this structure that makes them so hard to route out - they have no central army or foot soldiers, just crime families that have varying levels of operational professionalism.

Space lanes are protected by hired pirates. These pirates use dirty hit and run tactics to harass any vessels that travel certain routes, making it extremely hard for anyone traveling by themselves in the outer rim.

The Hutt Cartel runs and operates all of the illegal spice mines in the Outer Rim. Spice is also traded across the galaxy by various organizations. Each Kajidic has their own territory and is responsible for moving and distributing the drugs within those territories. Lower level Hutt factions operate in the outer rim, which is the easiest and safest territory to run illegal activities in. Large families work to smuggle their spice into the inner rims and core worlds. There is the most money to be made, yet the risk is much higher due to operating in New Republic territory. The deeper into the core the spice needs to go and be distributed, the higher level of investment that needs to be made into smugglers, street gangs, and dealers. Spice is the main trade.

Outside of owning everything on Nal Hutta and Nar Shadaa, the Hutts own hundreds of ships, weapons and safehouses throughout the known galaxy.
